BNAIC/BeNeLearn 2022 takes place at the Lamot Conference and Heritage Centre, centrally located in the town of Mechelen, a short train ride from Brussels and Antwerp in Belgium.
The venue, previously an old brewery, is a multifunctional and integrated space providing 8 comfortable meeting rooms as well as a cultural heritage service. It provides a place for public projects around the Mechelen’s cultural heritage such as big summer exhibitions and is a focal meeting point for Mechelen as well as hosting an increasing number of international meetings.

Anyone still choosing to come by car can use the relatively inexpensive peripheral car parks ‘Zandpoortvest’ or ‘Douaneplein’, for those coming from Brussels, and the ‘Rode Kruisplein’ car park for those coming from Antwerp. Both car parks are within walking distance (1.2 – 1.6km) of Lamot.
Finally, you can also visit the local city car parks, Q-park Lamot and Vinci Car Park.

Located about 25km from both Antwerp and Brussels, the city of Mechelen has a wide range of meeting venues, accommodation and restaurants for an international conference. It is a charming city full of heritage and almost everything is within walking distance!
